Maybe You've Spent So Much Time Taking Care of Everyone Else That You've Lost Touch With You.

You might be the person everyone can count on.

The understanding one.
The forgiving one.
The one who keeps the peace.
The one who gives another chance.
The one who worries about everyone else's feelings.

But underneath it, you may be exhausted.

You may struggle to say no without guilt, question whether your needs are "too much," over-explain your boundaries, or find yourself repeatedly giving more in relationships than you receive.

Maybe you know something needs to change, you just aren't sure how to change it without becoming someone you're not.

You don't need to stop being caring, compassionate or empathetic.

You can learn to extend some of that same care to yourself.

YOU MAY BE HERE BECAUSE...

  • You feel guilty when you say no
  • You constantly worry about disappointing other people
  • You over-explain yourself hoping others will understand your boundaries
  • You feel responsible for other people's emotions or reactions
  • You repeatedly find yourself in one-sided or unhealthy relationships
  • You've experienced emotional manipulation or narcissistic relationship dynamics and struggle to trust yourself afterward
  • You know you're people-pleasing but aren't sure why it's so difficult to stop
  • You've become disconnected from your own needs, identity or voice
  • You're ready to choose yourself, but doing so still feels uncomfortable

If any of this feels familiar, you're not looking for someone to simply tell you to "set better boundaries."

The deeper work is understanding the patterns and beliefs that make having boundaries feel so difficult in the first place.

That's where our work begins.

Hi, I'm Breanne.

I'm a Certified Life Coach with a BA in Psychology, specializing in people-pleasing, boundaries, codependency and recovery from narcissistic and emotionally unhealthy relationship dynamics.

My work is centered around helping people understand the patterns that have kept them stuck, not judging themselves for having them.

Because sometimes people-pleasing isn't simply about being "too nice."

It can be connected to learning that keeping the peace feels safer than creating conflict. That being needed feels like being loved. That saying no means disappointing someone. Or that someone else's emotions are somehow your responsibility to manage.

Together, we can begin identifying those patterns, understanding where they come from, and developing healthier ways of relating to yourself and others.

My goal isn't to tell you who to become.

It's to help you reconnect with the person underneath all the expectations of who you've learned to be.

MORE ABOUT ME

1:1 Coaching

From People-Pleasing to Self-Trust.

Our coaching sessions provide a supportive space to explore the patterns affecting your relationships, boundaries and relationship with yourself.

Depending on your individual goals, our work may include:

  • Recognizing people-pleasing and over-functioning patterns
  • Understanding why setting boundaries creates guilt or anxiety
  • Identifying unhealthy or manipulative relationship dynamics
  • Recovering after narcissistic or emotionally unhealthy relationships
  • Learning to separate compassion from responsibility for other people's emotions
  • Rebuilding self-trust after prolonged self-doubt or manipulation
  • Identifying your own needs, values and limits
  • Practicing clear and respectful boundaries
  • Strengthening self-worth and confidence
  • Reconnecting with your identity and voice

This isn't about becoming less compassionate.

It's about learning that compassion for others doesn't have to require abandoning yourself.

Digging Deep

Digging Deep

"I value Breanne's approach to addressing my struggles with boundaries because it involved more than just changing the behaviour. Her approach required me to dig deep to evaluate my beliefs that maintained my poor boundaries, including where they stemmed from. Deconstructing these beliefs really helped me with reducing my people-pleasing tendencies. My self-worth and personal confidence has also improved with the coaching I received from Breanne."
